Business Development Manager

We are seeking an experienced Software/SaaS Business Development manager and leader for our sales team. You will work directly with the CEO to build and scale a high performing sales team.

  • An Amazing Salesperson. You are passionate about sales, sales best practices, and strategies for optimizing sales outcomes

  • An Experienced, Proven Leader. You have done this before. You know what it takes to build and develop high-performing inside sales teams in today’s modern SasS and subscription-based software markets
  • This is a manager level, quota-carrying position that is critical to the overall success of Looker


  • Bachelor’s degree or 3+ years of assistant experience required
  • Proactive problem solver who follows through on projects to completion
  • Prompt, with excellent time management skills
  • Excellent written and verbal communication skills
  • Familiarity and experience with Microsoft Word, Powerpoint, and Excel
  • Positive attitude and ability to work within a close-knit team
